Green Touch Beauty, Inc. offers free return shipping only if we sent you the incorrect item or if your product arrived damaged.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all other returns, including packages returned due to not being picked up from the post office.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

We proudly offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund of the product cost.

  • An $18.50 restocking fee applies to opened or used items

  • A 100% restocking fee applies to items returned in materially different condition

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

  2. Include a copy of your receipt to ensure proper credit

  3. Items must be returned within 30 business days
